Orders ship via FedEx. 

Please allow up to 24 hours for order processing. 

We offer free shipping on all orders.

Worldwide orders ship via our logistic centers internationally. Delivery time depends on local delivery companies, generally between 7-12 business days (no delivery time guaranteed). Please note that in some countries, local customs fees are applicable. 


Return/exchange a product 

SHOP.RICHMONTMONACOM.COM offers a 10-day money-back guarantee, starting when receiving the merchandise and not when shipped. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, send it back for a prompt refund or exchange – you will only pay for the shipping. We also offer refunds on unopened products within 30 days. A representative will assist you before sending the product back with a case number or an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) assigned to the return. We will refund your credit card less the shipping cost. Returns typically require up to 10 business days for processing once received by our warehouse.

In-Store Purchases 

Actual locations are independently owned & operated as a separate entity from the website. In all locations, the sale is final.

Richmont Monaco does offer hassle-free exchanges for any unopened products that have been purchased through our website. Please contact our customer service representatives for additional information. 

If you receive a damaged product, contact us immediately by phone or email, and we will arrange for a replacement. 


Warranty and Returns 

One-year limited warranty for Trionix and Dermaroll devices and Two years limited warranty for Glowshiled and LighTech. 

Please send the defective device, your warranty, and proof of purchase. A fixed amount of 90 Euros will be charged for shipping & handling. 

This warranty does not cover any purchases from unauthorized dealers.
